The Pandora Camper Mini campervan alarm is a system suitable for modern vans. It comes with two multi-purpose interior shock sensor / wireless reed door sensors to protect the habitation door and a garage door. The device is designed to be used with the online services allowing you to keep tabs on your asset at all times.

There is a free downloadable App, this does not give advanced features of the online account but does allow customers to use their mobile phone instead of the remote control.

For access to the advanced features login account showing full GPS location tracking, event history and more. There is an annual subscription of £130 for this service.

Versatile Vehicle Alarm Device
Pandora habitation door protection. This versatile Pandora vehicle alarm device comes with a multi-function DMS-100BT door sensor. The wireless module has three purposes: rotation detection, a shock sensor, and detection of door opening in the habitation area of the van. The DMS-100BT also detects temperature variations. This sensor can be temporarily adjusted to disable shock, rotation and temperature variations for a 'Stay Home' feature often called 'Pet Mode' and allows the interior to be used with the alarm only being triggered if a door is opened.

The Pandora Camper Mini comes with two of these sensors. In most cases one is fitted to the habitation door and the other to a garage door. If the motorhome has more points of entry then additional reed sensors can be fitted, however this will incur additional costs for the sensor pair and fitting.

Immobiliser Tags
As with all Pandora systems the Camper Mini is used with Immobiliser tags. The tag must be present to disable the immobiliser and be able to drive. It can be carried on your car key ring and combats relay theft, OBD port theft and key cloning as it must also be present.

The Camper Mini comes with two immobiliser tags as the device is not supplied with a dedicated remote control. This system is designed to be used in conjunction with the factory supplied vehicle remote.

If customers require a dedicated alarm remote, this is provided via the next product up the Pandora Camper Pro which cost £1850. The Pro remote also acts as a long range pager.

Pandora Online Services
The Camper Mini is designed around the Pandora online services 

The Pandora application benefits from a secure login screen with the option to allow the browser to remember the device and subsequently login automatically after registration. Once in the application, there is an easy to use menu screen with touch or menu selection of App 'Control', 'Settings', 'Help', and 'News'.

The online application allows sensor adjustment to be done remotely via a slider option. They can be tweaked or temporarily switched off as necessary.

Here customers also have full GPS tracking giving location and history. This is a self-management facility though the customer login and therefore cannot be used for Insurance. Although customers pay for online services this is not the same as a subscription to a secure Monitoring Station required with vehicle tracking systems.

The system can be fitted with optional engine remote start, however this will cost extra and requires a compatible vehicle.

Van Compatibility
Please note this system is not compatible with older non-CANBus vans. Here customers will require the Pandora Camper Pro instead.
