This Chrysler Amplifier Bypass car ISO harness adaptor is required when replacing the original car headunit to an aftermarket car stereo without the need to cut any existing wiring.
Technical Details:
Chrysler Voyager and some Cherokees made between 2005 and 2007 had a data bus protocol called J1850 to turn the car amplifier on and off. Removing the original radio disables this. The bypass lead allows you to ignore the cars amplifier. Amplifier locations: Jeep Patriot (behind rear passenger seat in front of spare tyre) Grand Cherokee (underneath passenger seats) Voyager ( Right rear quarter panel behind right rear speaker). 300c (underneath steering wheel )
