Note:
If the vehicle does not have a switched live, the ACC wire will need to be wired up to the ignition supply
The SOT Wiring Harness Leads are designed to plug directly into Bluetooth Handsfree Car Kits with ISO connectors, such as Parrot, Bury and other applicable accessories, to allow the handsfree car kit to play through the car speakers.
Installation
The lead connects between the car ISO Harness lead and the connector provided with the car kit. Most installation is carried out at the original connection behind the original car stereo. In some instances, where the car has an amplified system, the installation is carried out at the factory amplifier. The power connection is taken from the cars original wiring.
For cars that do not have ignition feed supply, it will be necessary to source an ignition feed directly from the car fuse box.
If the installation is carried out in the boot / trunk of the vehicle, then you will need an extension cable to allow for the device to be re-located to the front of the car. The extension harness is available in our store at an additional charge.
